The Club set up a specific "Flavors and Fragrances" workshop in parallel with the opening of the technical-regulatory support center (or technological platform).
An initial study was performed which helped to establish an outline for the services of the center:
regulatory support (from a scientific point of view)
quality control program support
analysis support
as well as the rules governing the use of the center.
A second work phase is currently underway in collaboration with the firm Ernst & Young to structure and supervise the pre-operational launch (very precise market research in PACA, business plan, schedule of conditions....).
